Katee is a sports nutritionist, mentor, and facilitator with expertise in optimizing hormones for sports performance. Katee delivers unique content that fosters inclusive environments and promotes nourishing language during hormonal changes.

PASSIONATE ABOUT HORMONE-POWERED PERFORMANCE

Katee’s experience in coaching and supporting 100's of women, and their coaches through tenuous hormone transitions such as puberty, amenorrhea, infertility and reduced performance from hormone imbalance, period symptoms, perimenopause and menopause, Katee fervently believes that confidence can thrive with proper nourishment of hormonal transitions. Katee empowers female athletes, and their support network with tailored framework for harnessing hormonal power and performance optimisation. Her passion comes from listening to the suffering behind closed doors of female athletes, knowing that there is a better way forward, both in how we educate, and how we communicate hormone health for performance.

WHY KATEE BELIEVES PERIODS DO NOT EQUAL UNDERPERFORMANCE

A trailblazer within industry, it was 12 years ago that Katee started talking about period health with her athletes. It was clear and evident in the daily training environments that hormone health was having significantly negative impact on mental and physical performance of our everyday and elite athletes.  Through integrative and holistic methods, it became clear that with the right knowledge and support, menstrual cycles can absolutely be supported for optimal performance.
